• The guide’s instructions must be strictly followed and obeyed. 
• Under no circumstances may you overtake the guide during the tour. 
• All traffic regulations must be respected and complied with throughout the guided tour. 
• Any reckless or competitive driving that endangers other road users or fellow participants is forbidden. 
• Failure to comply with the above rules may result in the suspension of the tour. 
• The use of helmets is compulsory. 
• The hirer is responsible for the care and return of the bicycle and accessories. Bicycles will be inspected at the time of delivery. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented, the user being responsible for any damage caused. 
• Customers are advised to wear sports clothing and footwear for the activity. 
• The user declares to be in perfect health and must have a minimum knowledge of the use and control of the bicycle / material. 
• The customer is responsible for being adequately insured against risks that may arise during the rental period. Sursun Bike Holidays is not liable for claims for accidents, injuries, knocks or damage caused to themselves or their property, or for loss of objects during the rental period. Damage caused to third parties, persons or property is fully insured by the relevant liability insurance which is included with the bike rental. 
• The client must have a minimum knowledge of the use and control of a bicycle. 
• There are no age restrictions for an Ebike Tour but to ensure safety and comfort you must be at least 1.50 m tall to use the bicycles. 
• In the case of minors, the permission of a parent or legal guardian is required. 
• In the event that the client is not of sound mind, the activity may be suspended. 
• Sursun Bike Holidays has civil liability and rescue insurance. 

WEATHER CONDITIONS: In case of adverse weather conditions the tour may be cancelled. In conditions of low rainfall it is possible to do the tour and it will be up to the client if he/she wants to do the tour or if he/she wants to change the day or the time.
